Donation records
Financial pledges and device offers are recorded for follow-up. Payment instructions are shared directly; this website does not process card payments.
Programme reporting
For sponsored activities, reporting can cover agreed outputs such as sessions delivered, attendance and learning activities.
Device stewardship
Donated devices are assessed for suitability. Data is wiped before devices are prepared for learning use.
Respectful participation
Learners should be treated with dignity and without discrimination or harassment.
Privacy and safeguarding
Personal information and learner images should be handled carefully and with appropriate consent.

How accountability works
Can I request a report about a sponsored programme?
Yes. Reporting expectations can be agreed with the Foundation before the programme starts.
Can a donor remain anonymous?
Yes. Public recognition is optional and will only be used with permission.
Can I ask how a donated device was used?
We can discuss the device’s assessment and intended use with the donor, subject to learner and operational privacy.
Does the website accept online payments?
No. The donation form records a pledge enquiry. Payment instructions and confirmation are handled directly by the Foundation team.
